How Our Programs Are Structured

Every iVETS program shares four features:

• 1. Class-based.

  You learn with a group of 15–20 people who start and finish together. The people in your class become your first professional network.

• 2. Live hardware LAB.

  Labs run on ETA Group's production datacenter and enterprise platforms, not simulators.

• 3. Employer-aligned.

  Curriculum is built with hiring managers in the room. Graduates meet those same managers before the program ends.

• 4. SkillBridge-eligible structure.

  Active-duty service members in their final 180 days can participate under DoD SkillBridge at no cost to them.
